ASCII codes for Facebook chat, status, and comment posts

Apart from the built in Facebook emoticons, most users are fond of ASCII art in their posts and statuses. I have gathered the common ASCII characters used on Facebook, and its 100% viewable unlike other extended characters that convert into “boxes” after posting. I will not be discussing the ASCII “arts” anymore because they are too complicated and tends to “break” when the positioning is incorrect.

Below are the ASCII characters: If you are using a laptop, please enable “NumLock” first! If you are in a hurry, you can also use Character Map (Windows OS, just type “charmap.exe“)
