A full featured “Computer” the size of a USB flash drive, only $25

The Raspberry Pi Foundation (a UK charity) has created a new “computer”, for as low as $25.

The system specification

* 700MHz ARM11
* 128MB of SDRAM
* OpenGL ES 2.0
* 1080p30 H.264 high-profile decode
* Composite and HDMI video output
* USB 2.0
* SD/MMC/SDIO memory card slot
* General-purpose I/O
* Open software (Ubuntu, Iceweasel, KOffice, Python)

Having this kind of “computer” would be cheap, and great. You can just plug it on a TV, have some USB keyboard and mouse, and you have a working computer in no time. Now, you wont worry about the cumbersome CPU housing eating up your desktop space :p
